Not all tile and grout are properly installed. There is always the potential for loose grout and/or caulking to be pulled out due to improper installation. Also, there may be coating's applied to the grout that can be dislodged or removed during the cleaning process. Tile that is properly installed, has not be subject to harsh cleaners, has no foreign material, with grout this is the proper depth will in most cases clean up very nicely. To this end we try to determine is the tile is properly installed but to be actually certain is impossible. IN so, we are not responsible for any problems that may arise from the cleaning of tile and the grout line associated with them.. Our products and procurers are considered the norm and used industry wide with no ill effects.
