With our State of the Art cleaning equipment the floor is mostly dry within 15 min's of cleaning. After the deep cleaning we can seal the tile and grout with a clear sealer to help preserve that "clean look" much longer.

Not all tile and grout are properly installed. There is always the potential for loose grout and/or caulking to may be dislodged due to improper installation. Also, there may be coating's applied to the grout lines that can be discolored or removed during the cleaning process. A floor with lots of dirt and grease buildup may not come clean looking. Tile that is properly installed, has not be subject to harsh cleaners, has no foreign material, and the grout mortar are the proper depth will, in most cases, clean up very nicely with no problems.  We try to determine is the tile has been properly installed, but to be actually certain is impossible. IN SO, we are not responsible for any situations that may arise from the cleaning of tile and the grout line associated with them.. Our products and procurers are considered standard cleaning for tile & grout and used with no ill effects.  

Cleaning showers and bath areas are extremely tough due to mold, soap scum build up and different types of shampoo deposits. We will do the best job we can do, but there is no guarantees.
